5月6日– Imagination Technologies 和完美世界游戏（Perfect World Games）宣布，双方正在合作将光线追踪技术（ray tracing）整合至完美世界游戏的移动游戏中。这一整合工作和相关研究将推动光线追踪在移动设备上的实际应用。

Imagination负责全球大学项目的高级顾问Robert Owen先生通过视频的方式，为Imagination与北京大学共建联合实验室的签约活动发来了祝贺。

Imagination Technologies宣布成立IMG实验室（IMG Labs），这是一个负责开发突破性创新技术的专业部门，旨在支撑新型先进半导体产品的开发。Tim Mamtora将担任IMG实验室负责人，领导这一面向下一代IP的技术孵化器。

ISO 26262数字会议今年采取线上方式，将于2021年3月24日至25日举办。Imagination高级功能安全工程师David Higham将主持此次委员会会议——“ISO 26262重新崛起”，并围绕“从IP层次定义功能安全的习惯、过程和技术”的话题进行内容分享，同时Imagination汽车业务部高级产品主管Jamie Broome也将参与分享，并主持STPA研讨会。

3月18日，由ASPENCORE及旗下三大媒体携手主办的2021中国IC领袖峰会在上海顺利举行。Imagination Technologies公司副总裁、中国区总经理刘国军先生受邀出席会议，与IC设计、EDA/IP、晶圆代工和封装测试领域的技术专家、企业管理精英一同探讨了中国半导体的技术突破和产业崛起之道。
